The original Rumney Balti
We've been cooking Punjabi baltis and tandoori favourites for New Road for years, in the same small kitchen, with the same spice blends ground fresh on site. Nothing goes out until it's been tasted — that's the only recipe we've ever needed.
Every dish is cooked to order in a proper balti pan, so it comes to your door the way it would if you'd cooked it yourself — if you had the time, the spices, and about twenty years of practice.
